Julian Timmons – Founder and Chairman
Mr. Timmons graduated from Georgia Tech University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and founded Piedmont Energy Systems, Inc. in 1970. Mr. Timmons is licensed as a mechanical contractor in several states, and has worked in the design and construction of LP gas and other chemical systems for over 40 years.
Patrick Stewart, P.E., President
Mr. Stewart graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has been a registered, professional engineer in NC & SC since 2002. He is also licensed in SC as an LP gas installer and has worked in the design and installation of chemical storage, distribution and receiving systems for over 15 years. Mr. Stewart also has an extensive background in the design of ASME code tanks and systems and is regarded as one of the nations foremost authorities in Fluorocarbon delivery systems
Alex Mercado V.P. of Operations
Mr. Mercado is an ASME/AWS code certified welder who has 30 years experience in the pipe fabrication, and mechanical contracting/construction industry. He is experienced in multinational transactions and speaks fluent Spanish.
